AJi has unveiled a concept design for a new office headquarters in Dubai, strategically located on a 3,600 sqm site near Sheikh Zayed Road.

Positioned within a dynamic urban context close to Palm Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates, the project adopts an innovative inside-out massing approach.

The design features a central vertical opening that introduces natural light, greenery, and triple-height volumes into the workspace, enhancing environmental performance and employee well-being.
